P-Cube Inc., the originator of programmable IP Service Control platforms for fixed-line and mobile network operators, has announced Pelephone, Israel's first mobile network operator, has selected its Service Control and Encharge solution to deliver a complete pre-paid data solution for real-time charging of new premium mobile IP services by interacting with the existing PP system.
