ADC Krone has launched the TrueNet Mini Pod distribution and consolidation box for Category 5e and Category 6 RJ45 structured cabling systems in enterprises, call centres, banking and retail environments. As a distribution box, TrueNet Mini Pod is designed to help simplify the cabling of raised-floor workspaces and is ideal for high-density environments such as desk clusters, call centres, dealer desks and point-of-sale islands. Available in four- and six-port UTP variants using TrueNet CL low profile RJ45 jacks with shuttered dust protection, TrueNet Mini Pod is fully component-compliant to the Category 5e and Category 6 standards.

At only 85mm wide and 55mm deep, TrueNet Mini Pod can be terminated and tested at an early stage in the building works and then simply left below the raised floor until all other building works are complete and the furniture is in place.

TrueNet Mini Pod has provision for a 32mm gland style fixing and can be used in conjunction with flexible conduit systems.
