Surf Communication Solutions will be demonstrating its voice and video media processing engine at Globalcomm from 5th to 7th June 2006 in Chicago, Illinois.

Together with various companies in their booths, Surf Communication Solutions will be demonstrating its voice and video media processing engine (SurfGeneration) at Globalcomm from 5th to 7th June 2006 in Chicago, Illinois.

The demonstrations, carried out over AdvancedTCA and MicroTCA solutions, use Surf's SurfRider/AMC DSP resource boards and media processing enabling technologies, which are based on TI's TMS320C64x DSP generation.

The demonstrations will be viewed on wireline and wireless SIP video phones and PDAs, and will illustrate a wide array of video processing capabilities via a video portal menu streamed from the server to the phones, including viewing of movie trailers, message record and playback voice and video conversations and voice and video conferencing.
