Norgren, world leader in pneumatic components and automation systems, has appointed Chris Bramley as group technical director. Bramley has been part of the Norgren team since 1987 working in a variety of development roles with particular emphasis on product technology. His previous research and development experience was gained in the automotive, offshore and aerospace industries.
Bramley will focus on the co-ordination of product design, development and engineering resources world-wide, with the aim of introducing further innovative new products across the whole pneumatics spectrum.
He will also be concerned with implementation of developing technologies, such as the integration of electronics into pneumatic devices, and the adoption of relevant emerging technologies.
