The VMC-5400 delivers high quality real time H.264/AVC/MPEG-4 Part 10 encoding. This PCI board is fully autonomous and requires very limited CPU power from the host computer.

It runs under Windows 2K and XP.

VMC-5400TM takes advantage of Vitec's multi-DSP architecture offering unsurpassed flexibility, upgradeability and scalability needed for real time video advanced compression algorithms.

The VMC-5400 includes an easy and powerful SDK (software development kit) in the Livewire framework for rapid integration.
